This is a low noise amplifier which operates from 18 to 40GHz .It provides a gain of 30dB with a noise figure of less than 3.2dB and has a P1dB of 12dBm.It requires a DC supply of +12V and consumes 135mA of current. The amplifier is a ideal for military and commercial applications like ECM testing , instrumentation,SATCOM systems, radar systems and test systems.
